This information will be submitted for A2P Compliance Registration so that you can send and Receive SMS from CRM. You can read more about A2P at Twilio Webiste.

It is a three digit starting code of your number like 512, 815 etc. We need to buy one phone number in your CRM Account. We will submit the A2P Application with that number for your account. You can add more numbers as you needed at any time. Once its approved then we dont need to submit again for any other number. you can get as much number as you want and assign to your employee or agents.
