We’re excited to help you get started with your persfull Widthonalized system. Follow these simple steps to set up your account and unlock the full potential of your THEBIGBOT LLC platform. Each step includes a quick overview, and you can watch a detailed video for further guidance.
Step 1: Getting started with your login credentials
Follow these steps
Open a new tab in your browser (don’t close this window, we’re just getting started!). Check your email inbox, including the spam folder.
Look for an email with instructions to activate your account.
Follow the link in the email to set up your password and access your account at https://crm.thebigbot.com/

Step 2: Set Up Account Custom Values
Custom Values automatically showcase your branding across emails, SMS, and websites, ensuring a cohesive and professional appearance.
Navigate to Settings > Custom Values
Update your business name, logo, and other key fields.
Step 3: Funnel Customization
In this video, you'll learn how to easily update your landing page. Simply drag and drop elements like images, buttons, and forms, then customize them. Use custom values to update your logo, business name, address, and colors all at once. After saving, preview your changes to see them in action.

Step 4: Email Setup (+ texting!)
Setup your email service for sending emails!
Goto Settings -> Email Service
Setup your Domain and Add DNS records into your domain so that all emails will send from your domain.
Its recommended that you add your subdomain like msg.yourdomain.com, mail.yourdomain.com, or mg.yourdomain.com
Step 5: Domain Setup
Let us get your first domain installed complimentary, on us! We'll also show you how to do it yourself, if you're a domain hoarder and want to bring more addresses in.

Step 6: Calendar Setup
Ready to wrangle your calendar? We'll get you setup with a personal calendar that's fully customizable and will save you so much time booking calls and meetings.

Step 7: Register Your A2P Campaign
To begin your A2P campaign, ensure your business is registered as a brand with the Campaign Registry (TCR). Choose the appropriate campaign use case, provide necessary details such as message samples, and link your 10DLC numbers to the campaign. Regularly monitor the campaign status on the portal to stay compliant and avoid interruptions. If you encounter any challenges during registration, reach out to support for guidance.
